What is death?

Someone said, “death is the end”

The other said, “death is the beginning”

The end of what?

The beginning of what?

Should be I afraid in front of death?

“If death is the end, you should be afraid”

“If it is the beginning, you shouldn’t be afraid”

Then I answered,”Come on, don’t bluffing with me, people!”

How can you tell me about death if you have never dead?

All you can do are only imagine and predict the definition of death

Then you are convincing other people to support your belief

About death,

You know nothing…

I know nothing…

But I know one person who knows about death

He knows it because he has already beaten the death

He was dead but He restored to live three days after

Am I afraid in front of death?

My body and soul scream, “yes I do!”

But my spirit is always in peace

Because the day when I will face the death,

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus

Just get this newest promotional poster this morning. Why is this movie so special? The answer is because this movie is the last movie from a great actor, Heath Ledger. His legacy to this movie fan around the world. But when u see the trailer, u will be more exited to see this movie (especially if u love art). From the trailer, Doctor Parnassus offers beautiful images beyond your imagination. And dont forget for the all-star casting too. Beside Ledger, you will find Johnny Depp, Collin Ferrell, and Jude Law here.
The Plot
In the present day, immortal 1,000-year-old Doctor Parnassus (a human alter ego of God) leads a traveling theater troupe—including a sleight of hand expert, Anton, and a dwarf, Percy —that offers audience members a chance to go beyond reality through a magical mirror in his possession. Parnassus had been able to guide the imagination of others through a deal with the Devil, who now comes to collect on the arrangement, targeting the doctor's daughter. The troupe, which is joined by a mysterious outsider named Tony (portrayed by Heath Ledger, Johnny Depp, Jude Law, and Colin Farrell), embark through parallel worlds to rescue the girl.

This movie will be released on October 16th 2009 in UK. I'm wondering when it will be released in Indonesia?

that afternoon

it's 4 pm and i find myself sitting in the front yard
feel a cup of warm milk coffee drown into my throat
the wind is fondling my skin smoothly
then i see it makes the leafs dancing
my mind is peace...
(re) reading every single word of Harry Potter seventh book
there's nobody talking, no vehicles pass by on the street
just me and my solitary afternoon
everything's perfect...
except the fact that i got fever since yesterday
I'm sneezing every five minutes, my head is dizzy and my body is feeble
But, it still a wonderful afternoon =)

Percy Jackson And The Olympians

Just know Percy Jackson this morning when I watched the movie trailer. Just know that besides Harry Potter, Narnia, LOTR, Eragon, Inkheart and many famous fantasy novels, there is Percy Jackson And The Olympians. The Pentalogy (consist of five series plus one spin-off novel) fantasy tale is written by Rick Riordan. Set in the United States, the series is prominently based on Greek Mythology. The protagonist is Percy (Perseus) Jackson who discovers that he is the son of Poseidon, god of the sea and earthquakes. He learns that the legendary beings of Greek mythology still exist, including monsters, Cyclopes, Empousai, Titans, and also the Olympians (Greek gods) themselves who dwell in Olympus, now situated at the mythical 600th floor of the Empire State Building. Monsters frequently attack him because he is a child of one of the "Big Three" (Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades). Percy meets many other young demigods, both friendly and hostile, who are also in the process of discovering their heritage and powers.The movie adaptation of the first series (The Lightning Thief) is the first step. Usually, if the first movie can get great box office gross, there will be the next series that will be produced (like Harry Potter). Produced by 20th Century Fox, this movie is directed by Chris Columbus (Harry Potter 1&2) and will be released in February 2010. There are great cast who will play in this movie, such as: Pierce Brosnan, Uma Thurman, Sean Bean, Rosario Dawson, and new comer Logan Lerman (as Percy Jackson). From the casting, the movie looks promising. Finally, my curiosity lead me to get more information about this novel. From my "Do judge book from it's cover" experience, i have a strong feeling that i will like this epic tale.Cool covers isn't it? Have you read this novels? what do you think? please tell me =)

sit and listen

Hey there! I just read this article and i'm so blessed by it. It's amazing. I want to share this with you and hope you will be blessed too. Here i present..."It Takes Energy to Do God's Will "by Rick Warren.

"Lord, when doubts fill my mind, when my heart is in turmoil, quiet me and give me renewed hope and cheer" (Psalm 94:19 LB).

The fact is it takes energy to do God's will. What do you do when you run out of energy?

God suggests when we're feeling uneasy, perhaps low on energy; we should be still and get quiet before him: "Lord, when doubts fill my mind, when my heart is in turmoil, quiet me and give me renewed hope and cheer" (Psalm 94:19 LB).

But many of us have trouble getting quiet. It's as if we are afraid of silence; it makes us very uncomfortable. The moment we get in the car, the radio or CD player goes on. The moment we get home, the TV goes on.

Yet, God, in a sense, says, "If you want to lower your stress, it's as simple as this: Shut up. Be silent. Stop talking and start listening."

I suggest that once a day you should go out in your backyard, sit down, and just be quiet. I'm not talking about reading your Bible. You ought to read your Bible every day, but I mean get alone for five minutes a day and be completely silent. Ask God a question, and then just sit and listen.

Sometimes we say, "God, I really need your guidance on this," and then we get up and walk off. We don't wait for an answer. Could it be the reason we never hear from God is we never listen?

Learn to take little mini-breaks during the day. When you feel your blood pressure rising, stop and say, "God, I want to tune in on you again. I want to focus in on you." I'm not suggesting thirty minutes of meditation. I'm talking about fifteen or twenty seconds. Just little mini-breaks to stop and be quiet.

Why is this important? Because the race of life is tough and, quite honestly, it's tough to live God's plan for your life. It's important to be still and know He is there.

Here's an easy formula I use: Divert daily, withdraw weekly, abandon annually. Get quiet once a day, take one day a week to rest, and always take some sort of vacation at least once a year.

Ssstt....Can You Keep A Secret?

A week ago, my friend Febe, published this sunny post and she asked me to make my own version. So, there it is! I will reveal 10 of my secrets which maybe you haven’t known. Only 10? Sure! What do you expect, guys? A wise man said, ”Secrets make someone have charm” I think 10 are enough coz i dont want to loose my charm lol...

10. When I’m in elementary, I’ve wanted to run from home because my older sister took my Dee-Dee liquid soap. I cried and already packed my things into my bag but finally I revoke my intention because I didn’t know where I would go.
9. I have fallen in the embarrassing position in front of the girl who I had a crush on in high school.
8. I always look in everything that can make a reflection, just to make sure my hair is in the right place. Few months ago, I looked into a car window glass to fix my hair without knowing there’s a girl inside the car. She opened the window and got me blush.
7. I have cried to protect my best friend from my other friend who wanted to punch him. Not because I was afraid but because I was affected emotionally by my own action.

___oh no… I’m too ashamed to continue this writing, lol___

6. I’m not a photogenic. I will only get 4 nice photos with the perfect smile from 10 shots.
5. I watched “Kingdom Of Heaven” seven times (twice in theater, five times in VCD/DVD)

september ceria

In Indonesia, there's a nice line to welcome the ninth month, it is "september ceria" (ceria=joyful). I've been busy with many tasks in office lately and i think it will continue in this month.
