Exclusive: Jackson 005 Behind The Scene

When the election day last week, after elected my chosen President, me and church multimedia team had an important schedule to do. Yes, we had a shooting schedule. It has been a long time i'm not involved in this activity, making film. Last film I've involved with is when we were making Crossroad To Heaven last year. "where have you been, jak??"

Okay, then this event came. I was honored to be one of the frentastic fellowship committee, doing publication. So, i guessed this is the time i can make a film again -even only a short film-. Then, i wrote the script of Jackson 005. The basic idea is of course from watching secret agent movies like Bourne and Bond. Using final draft 6 always fun when u write a film script. The multimedia team was so helpful when they gave additional ideas to the script (in shooting location) and their ideas made the film better and funnier.

Multimedia team members are really rocks!! (thanks guys, u don't really know that i'm so grateful with all of u) When the H-day, they came and we divided tasks so the shooting process could get through well. We shot at three places: Taman Bungkul, Semut Street, and at our lovely church front yard. We did really enjoy the shooting process and there's lot of fun there. The actors did great too. All of them is the right casts for this project.

After finished the one-day shooting, it's time to enter the post-production process. I edited this video using Magix Movie Edit Pro 2005 (my fave video editing software) and because i was so exited, I did it directly when I got home after shooting process lol. It's true, I was so exited with this project and i really fascinate with the result.

The premiere of "Jackson 005" was on last sunday in Youth service. This short film is purposed to encourage Youth members so they are willing to invite their friends to follow frentastic this weekend. I think the film got a good feedback and the most important thing is now, we have a solid multimedia team. Again, BIG thanks from my deepest heart for Ding-Dong, Henry, Santoso, Rully, Ko Ferry and ko Alwyn (Multimedia Team) and Cristo, Andre, Ce Mei Hong (actors) and Kevin, Felix, Kak Bayu (for lending the tools) . I believe with this spirit of giving the best for God, we will do a great project again.

SPECIAL: Jun Ki & Ha Neul LOVE Indonesia

Beberapa hari yang lalu aku nonton video klip yang hampir (inget: hampir) menguras air mataku. Klip itu adalah program sosial TvN (Korea) yang judulnya "World Special: LOVE". Pertamanya aku nggak kenal (baca: doyan) berita2 artis2 Asia, tapi gara2 kerjaannya sering buat DVD2 bonus majalah Asia jadinya malah tau klip ini.

Baru-baru ini, dua artis Korea terkenal, Lee Jun Ki dan Kim Ha Neul, pergi ke Jakarta rame2 sama kru TvN dan kru organisasi Good Neighbour International. Mereka ada di ibukota dari tanggal 11-17 Februari 2009. Di sana, mereka mendatangi sebuah wilayah kumuh dan menjumpai sebuah keluarga miskin yang terdiri dari seorang Nenek bersama tiga cucunya yang masih SD. Keadaan keluarga itu sangat miskin. Rumahnya terlihat sangat sederhana dan sehari-hari ketiga anak itu (Viki, Putri dan Dimas) hanya makan nasi putih tanpa lauk. Ketiga anak itu adalah yatim piatu, mereka tinggal bersama neneknya. Dengan bantuan penerjemah, Jun Ki dan Ha Neul kemudian berkenalan dengan keluarga itu. Orang Korea emang pinter buat klip (atau film) yang bikin kita gampang nangis. Ada satu adegan dimana Viki ditanyai: "Kalau umur panjang mau ngapain?" Viki menjawab,"kalau umur panjang, aku mau ngrawat nenek aja." Bersamaan dengan adegan itu terdengar lagu mellow yang menyayat hati. Mata Kim Ha Neul dan mataku pun kontan langsung berkaca-kaca.
Jun Ki dan Ha Neul melewatkan lima hari bersama keluarga kecil itu dengan membantu mereka dengan berbagai aktivitas2 seperti mencuci dan menjemur baju, memasakkan bulgogi, memotongkan rambut, menjahitkan celana jeans, bermain bersama, membantu mengumpulkan botol2 plastik di tempat pembuangan sampah, sampai merenovasi rumah keluarga itu menjadi lebih bersih dan sehat. Jun Ki dan Ha Neul kemudian mengajak keluarga itu menginap di suatu Villa di Puncak. Di sana, mereka menjadi bertambah akrab dan bersenang-senang bersama.
Dua artis itu benar2 total menyelami kehidupan sederhana keluarga itu. Tidak hanya membantu, mereka berdua juga memberikan kasih sayang tulus yang jarang didapatkan ketiga anak itu (karena yatim piatu). Segala batasan perbedaan bahasa pun menjadi tak berarti karena perbuatan memang jauh lebih kuat daripada perkataan apa pun.
Klip ini memang dibuat dengan konsep editing yang keren abis. Di klip ini, kita dapat melihat foto2 'nyeni' dan mendengar suara narator plus instrumen musik yang pasti menguras emosi. Walau aku ngga ngerti bahasa Korea (ngga ada subtittle-nya) tapi aku bener2 bisa nikmati setiap adegannya. Mataku yang tadinya hanya berkaca-kaca langsung meneteskan air mata di akhir klip, yaitu ketika Jun Ki dan Ha Neul berpamitan untuk kembali ke Korea. Camera meng-closeup setiap ekspresi kesedihan mereka karena harus berpisah.

Dengan melihat tayangan seperti ini membuatku berpikir kalau ternyata masih ada banyak kebaikan di dunia ini. Hidup kita ini rasanya terlalu sayang kalau hanya dihabiskan untuk diri sendiri. Aku bersyukur banget udah nonton klip ini. (Image from Video Capture)
